LeadingRoute was created from direct experience of how fleet companies actually operate: disconnected portals, spreadsheets, repeated data entry and departments working from different versions of the truth.
The origin
It started as a fleet owner's problem.
Running a fleet company in the UAE means living across ride-hailing portals, GPS platforms, POS statements, bank files, WPS deadlines and accounting software — none of which talk to each other. Revenue arrives in one system, costs in another, drivers in a third, and the real state of the business exists only in whoever last updated the spreadsheet.
LeadingRoute was built from inside that reality. Instead of adding another disconnected tool, it was designed to be the place where the entire company operates: vehicles and drivers, hiring and onboarding, trips and revenue, costs and payroll, accounting and investors — connected to the same records from the first day.
The result is a platform designed to run the complete fleet business. It brings working records together so owners can follow the company view back to the operational activity behind it.
