This document describes the website and platform data flows as they exist today. It does not yet name a governing legal entity or jurisdiction and should not be relied upon until formally approved.

1. Scope

This draft policy covers the public LeadingRoute website and, at a high level, the LeadingRoute platform used by fleet company customers. Customers' own use of the platform to process their business data is governed primarily by their agreement with LeadingRoute.

2. Information on the public website

The public website's demo-request and contact forms are displayed but online submission is currently disabled; no form data is transmitted or stored through them. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your name, company, contact details and message) and use it to respond to your enquiry.

3. Information in the platform

Fleet company customers use the platform to manage their own operational data, which may include:

  • Driver and candidate records, documents and employment information
  • Vehicle, trip, tracking and telemetry data from connected providers
  • Revenue, cost, payroll, accounting and investor records

This data is entered by the customer or received from systems the customer connects (such as ride-hailing platforms, GPS providers, POS providers, accounting software and document storage). It is processed to operate the platform's features for that customer.

4. How information is used

Information is used to provide and support the platform, respond to enquiries, and maintain records the platform is designed to keep (such as audit histories). We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and your choices

Enquiry correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle the enquiry. Platform data retention is determined together with the customer. To ask about information relating to you, contact hello@leadingroute.ae.
